A career assembled the slow way — by adding one operating discipline at a time, then anchoring it to a campus and a quality system that scale.

From HR trainee to operating leader
Began at the bottom rung as an HR trainee. Moved through operations and commercial roles in mid-sized businesses, learning the discipline of running a working plant before owning one.

Founded Lifespan Private Limited
Set up the company in Hyderabad's Genome Valley with a single objective — manufacture honest, high-quality nutraceutical and ayurvedic products under one roof, end-to-end.
- 2017–2019
Eight dosage formats in five years
Added bakery, blending, liquids, tablets, capsules, semi-solids and personal-care lines on the same campus — making Lifespan one of the few Indian sites that runs all eight formats together.

Recognised by the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Chamber of Commerce & Industry of India for the rapid scale-up of the manufacturing operation.
