Quality
Six checkpoints. One signature. Zero shortcuts.
Quality is the operating system of the Lifespan plant — not a department, not a bumper sticker. Every batch passes through six in-process control points and one final QA release before any pallet leaves dispatch.
Philosophy
Quality is the operating system of the plant.
Quality at Lifespan starts at the receiving dock and ends only when the customer signs off. Six in-process control points, a dedicated stability programme and a release-by-COA discipline mean every pallet that leaves the warehouse can be traced — by lot, batch and operator — for the life of the product.
Source first
Every botanical, every API, every excipient is identified, assayed and pesticide-screened before it crosses the dock.
Lock the recipe
Master formulas live in version-controlled documents and electronic batch records. Operators see one approved version, full stop.
Test, then release
No batch ships without a finished-goods COA — HPLC, microbial, organoleptic and physical, signed by QA and QC.
Hold the long view
Long-term and accelerated stability samples are pulled at every interval and used to refine shelf life year on year.
Inside the workflow
The six checkpoints, in order.
Each control point is owned by a named operator and is independently signed off by QA.
- 01
Identification
Botanical and chemical identity confirmed at the receiving dock.
- 02
Assay & purity
Quantitative testing against the master specification.
- 03
Microbial load
Total count, pathogens and yeast/mould per pharmacopoeial limits.
- 04
Heavy metals & pesticides
ICP-OES screen with traceable reference standards.
- 05
In-process checks
Six control points along the manufacturing path.
- 06
Finished-goods COA
Released only when QA and QC have both signed off.
