Responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs into stable, manufacturable formulas
- Run feasibility, prototype and pilot batches
- Own analytical method development with the QC team
- Author master formula records and tech transfer documents
What we're looking for
- M.Pharm / M.Sc with formulation or pharmaceutical chemistry background
- Hands-on with HPLC, dissolution, hardness, friability and stability protocols
- Track record of taking at least three SKUs from brief to commercial launch
