The journey behind the name.
Born in Nizamabad in June 1996, Nikhat Zareen began boxing as the only girl at her local gym. She fought through a dislocated shoulder, an injury comeback and a public selection battle to become one of India's most decorated amateur boxers. In May 2022 she took the world flyweight crown in Istanbul; three months later she added a Commonwealth Games gold in Birmingham. By March 2023 she was a two-time world champion, defeating Vietnam's Nguyen Thi Tam in the New Delhi final. Lifespan signed her as the lead ambassador for its supplements line in August 2022 — a partnership built around a shared message: results matter, and the work behind them is non-negotiable.
